This site does not collect support messages through a web form. Selecting the email address opens your own email service, and you choose what to send.
What to include
For a scoring question, include the page or shared-hand link, selected rules, concealed tiles, declared melds, flowers, seat and round winds, and whether the win was on a discard or self-draw. State the actual result and what you expected; add a rule source if you are comparing tables.
For a technical problem, include the page address and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, payment information or another person’s data. Browser game saves remain on your device unless you deliberately attach them.
Browser or Android? Include the right context
For the website, include the browser, device and steps immediately before the problem. For Android, include the app version, device and whether Wi-Fi or mobile data was available. These are separate products with separate local saves.
There is no support upload form here. The email button opens your email application; you review and send the message yourself.
