  • Our house rules award 1 for a discard win immediately after the final normal draw.
  • The cited HKMA list includes last-tile self-draw but does not separately list this Last Discard award.

Which discard qualifies in our game?

The winning tile must be the discard immediately after the final normal wall draw. It is a win from another player, not self-draw, and our Last Discard item excludes robbing an added Kong.

The latest tile in the discard area is not automatically this final discard. You need the actual wall and turn context.

One house faan; confirm other tables separately

Street Corner awards Last Discard 1. The cited HKMA faan list describes last-tile self-draw but does not separately list this discard-win item. Do not use our 1-faan value as evidence of an HKMA bonus.

Our saved hand scores All Chows 1 + Concealed Hand 1 + Last Discard 1 = 3. No self-draw faan is included. House limit hands replace ordinary event bonuses.

Do not add both sea-bottom events

You either draw the winning tile yourself or take another player’s discard. Switching between those events changes the winning method as well as the event selector. The calculator does not reconstruct the final turn from the tiles.

See why the ordinary discard win is rejected

Load the example and keep On a discard selected. Change the circumstance to Normal win: the house total becomes 2 and fails the default 3-faan minimum. This shows why the event must be genuine, not selected merely to reach the threshold.

A few things to know

Does the calculator verify that the wall was empty?

No. It checks the selected hand and compatible winning context, but it has no record of the table’s wall. You must supply the correct event; the browser game tracks its own actual draws separately.
